  Most important is the helpful and friendly front desk assistants who always patience and offering advices when needed.
  Also we really appreciate the laundry facility available for guests to use during our stay.

  It took us 2 hours to find the hotel from the exit of the metro station, because the sign was hidden and the outside of the hotel barely looks like the photo on the website. We finally had to call the hotel to pick my family up from the metro station.
