  The property was exceptionally good, easily accessible and the Shuttle bus to Terminal 2 made our travel stress free. On arrival to the hotel we were upgraded to the executive suite and it was amazing. The food was delicious

  Highly recommend booking this hotel as their guest service is so good and it is the perfect hotel for a restful layover at the airport. The beds are so soft and the suite is perfect for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids.
  
  A big shout out to guest experience manager Wang Yang. We always stay at this property as we travel from Guangzhou to Southeast Asia and Wang Yang always takes care of us with such personalized service. He arranges the shuttle bus for us (at Gate 46 of Floor 3 of T2 Departures), upgrades our room, and is attentive to every need.
  
  We have been coming to this hotel for 5 years now and he is always there to serve us – even at the middle of the night. Wang Yang has been the difference between a good, normal stay and one that often gets perks and surprises.

  Staff were able to give us an early check in due to flight arrival time, they were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant before our next flight too and it was very tasty, with great service also.

What we can comment on: the room was perfect, beds were very comfortable and the room service food was of excellent quality. The shuttle bus was great. We felt refreshed to continue our journey!
