  Staff were helpfull. They tried their best to use machine translator to english. My room being upgraded with same price. Free breakfast (but not muslim friendly 😪). Free laundry.   We chose this hotel for a business trip. Within walking distance (15 minutes) there are two metro stations, in different directions, we used one to get to the exhibition, and the other to the train station!
  The location of the hotel is just great, in a quiet place, and there are a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, for every taste!
  The entrance area of ​​the hotel is unremarkable, only an elevator on the street. But when you go up to the hall, everything is much better! The interior is very nice, beautifully decorated in Tiffany colours. The reception staff are very nice and friendly, there is also a robot staff dressed in Tiffany colour too)
  The room is small but clean, has everything you need, there is a kettle and cute blue cups. The bottles of water are renewed every day. There is tea and coffee, you can already guess what colour the tea packaging is. As a compliment, a small gift was waiting in the room every evening – a drink, a snack, napkins, shower accessories. It was very cute and created a great mood after a hard day at work!
  Breakfast is small in choice but tasty. Local. I loved mochi. Very nice woman in the kitchen.
  We returned to the hotel one more time after a short getaway.
