  Exceptional service all around, the staff was very accommodating to our needs. They even helped us with our laundry when we were out/busy. Laundry/breakfast was all included. My friend and I were ecstatic staying here and would definitely stay again. Location is also close to the Pearl River and many shopping districts.

  Excellent breakfast options, free afternoon tea, even free noodles 8-10pm. A really good hotel gym – dumbbells went up to 25kg, it was very clean, Pilates balls, modern spin bikes and 2 Incline benches.
  There's a FREE Laundry, which blew my mind as I've never had that in my travels. It includes the detergent and a dryer as well. Absolute game changer for anyone travelling who is athletic as well.
  
  There's an excellent restaurant next door with a duck icon on it. I recommend that.
  
  The staff are lovely and gave us Xmas presents.
  
  All the goodies in the mini bar were free!
  
  The room was huge and had a projector for a tv screen and the bed was the biggest I've seen.
  
  I loved the unusual decor of horses and racing around the hotel.

  The most excellence is service mind oriented from all staffs. Room is great arrangement and very value to money. Breakfast choices are plenty of option. Staying for 2 nights, food options are different in particular menu.
