  15 out of 10…this is how hotel should feel like..if you have long transit between flights this is the correct place for you…free shuttle from and to airport pretty much whenever you need, water as welcome gift, great value for the money you pay, huge room, umbrella, weight scale next to the elevator for your luggage, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, tea, tv..check in from 8am which is awesome, very fast and good communication even with pocket translator
