  I can't say enough about the excellent level of service at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The room is exceptional in every way! I arrived late and ordered room service since I had missed meals that day. It was delivered promptly and served with professionalism. I had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning and it is a special treat to eat there. Everything you could want or imagine for breakfast can be found there including made to order omlets and unlimited Cappuccino. My room was upgraded to a river view which was perfect. Although there is wifi with VPN it doesn't always work. I'm sure it is not the hotel's fault. The next day I had much business to attend to at various locations in the city. Yuki Wu the front desk manager agreed to use her WeChat account to order taxis for me since I couldn't access that platform (Chinese language and no bank account connected to my WeChat yet). Her service was above and beyond my expectation. I was able to finish all the business that brought me to Nansha thanks to her wonderful assistance. When I finished the day she ordered another taxi for me to take a train from Guangzhou back to Hong Kong. I am beyond grateful and can't thank them enough! I will always choose Marriott as my home away from home when in Nansha!
