  The rooms are spacious, well appointed and ideal for both business and pleasure visitors. The hotel is in a great location with many parks, gardens, restaurants etc in close proximity. It is close to Metro and easy access to and from Baiyun airport. The daily tariff is relatively low including breakfast, the rooms are effectively 4 star rating but without the price. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful and while extensive spoken English is lacking they use translators so there is no barrier to communication.

  Their service delivery was very good. Courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers. Daily, they provided free bottled water for drinking for all guests, as many as you can drink. The breakfast was fantastic, no item ran out, they had enough to go round.
