During Canton Fair periods, that free shuttle service to the Exhibition Center becomes a lifesaver — I mean, trying to get a taxi during fair time is basically impossible.   We had one of the suites and were very happy with everything. Great, friendly service from all the staff, from the minute you check in to the last minute you check out. Great location, close to some fast food and restaurants, close to the metro.
  Proper air conditioning in both the bedroom and the lounge area. During Canton Fair the hotel offered great shuttle service and free bottles of water gets distributed daily, great service.

  We got a free upgrade to a bigger executive room by the professional front counter staff. The room was roomy and the cleanliness was impeccable after every room service. Bathroom was fitted with a high-tech toilet with remote control 🙂 The daily complementary drinks in the mini-bar including a bud was definitely a great plus. Breakfast buffet has a good spread satisfying both local and local appetites. The hotel has a great location, situated in the middle of TianHe district and just a stone-throwaway from the LinHeXi metro station surrounded by plenty of shopping malls, parks, and watering holes for the night owls. LinHeXi is a stop along Metro Line 3 if you're coming from BaiYun airport. During canton fair, it provides free shuttle bus in the morning and return service in the evening. It even has an onsite purchaser badge processing team to issue badges (avoid the long queus at BaiYun airport badge processing station).
